Nobia Group is one of Europe’s largest kitchen specialists, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, operating a portfolio of leading brands across the Nordic region – including HTH, uno form, and Invita. We are now expanding our Talent Acquisition team so that we can provide even more support to our organisation, and we are therefore looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in Aarhus.
You will combine hands-on recruitment with close business partnering, working with hiring managers to understand their needs, challenge where needed, and ensure a professional experience for both candidates and the business.
From defining the profile and creating the job advertisement to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting the final selection, you will own the process and ensure a great candidate experience. You will focus on advising managers and helping them make strong, well-informed, bias-free hiring decisions.
With our stores as an important part of your portfolio, you will help ensure that our retail teams have the people and capabilities they need to deliver great customer experiences.
You will also contribute to continuously improving our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
You will work from our Danish headquarters in Tilst, Aarhus, with flexibility for hybrid working and regular travel to our stores.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who combines strong Talent Acquisition expertise with a genuine interest in the business.
You might come from an in-house Talent Acquisition function or a recruitment/search environment. What matters most is that you:
