The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in enabling business growth by attracting and bringing in the right talent to support current and future business needs. Reporting to the Head of TAA, the role will be expected to work closely with business and HR stakeholders to understand evolving talent requirements and translate these into effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide market insights, sourcing expertise and strategic hiring support to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple functions and geographies. The role will also be expected to enhance the candidate experience, support diversity hiring ambitions and contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Maersk’s ability to attract and engage the right talent.
