The role

The key focus of this role is supporting talent forecasting and acquisition across a portfolio of business units while acting as the primary contact for recruitment activities. You will deliver end-to-end recruitment outcomes, advise leaders on talent strategies, and contribute to initiatives that improve recruitment effectiveness, efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment activities across a portfolio of business units
  • Advise leaders on talent market trends and practical talent acquisition approaches
  • Support role scoping, position requirements and recruitment planning activities
  • Deliver sourcing and talent pipelining strategies for specialist positions
  • Contribute to employer brand, recruitment marketing and candidate experience initiatives
  • Support workforce planning, reporting, process improvement and adoption of AI-enabled recruitment practices

About you

You are passionate about finding future talent and enjoy building strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders. You apply sound judgement, balance multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a corporate or agency environment
  • Thorough understanding of effective talent acquisition practices
  • Ability to advise senior leaders and identify future talent needs
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience recruiting across corporate functions, ideally including Finance, Marketing, People, Risk and Legal
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
