The Team & The Role:

While this is an individual contributor role, it requires the ability to work autonomously, building strong relationships and influencing hiring outcomes across various business groups.

This position also entails a strategic focus on talent planning, market insights, and collaboration with global Talent Acquisition (TA) teams across APAC, EMEA, and AMR. Your expertise will help shape and optimize recruitment practices that meet both immediate hiring needs and future organizational goals.

Your Contribution:

Your contributions will focus on operational excellence, strategic thinking, and relationship-building:

Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition and intake meetings to onboarding, across a variety of roles and levels.
  • Identify and attract top talent using innovative sourcing strategies, proactive market mapping, and engagement initiatives.

Effective Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring alignment with their talent needs and organizational goals.
  • Provide consultative recruitment solutions, offering market insights and data-driven approaches to improve decision-making.

Strategic Talent Planning

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand upcoming workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with long-term business objectives.
  • Enhance talent pipelines through proactive planning and partnerships with external talent sources.

Candidate Experience Optimization

  • Ensure best-in-class candidate journeys with timely communication, transparent processes, and an emphasis on Logitech’s culture, vision, and values.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of the recruiting process, ensuring a sustainable and diverse talent pool.

Cross-Regional Collaboration

  • Partner with global TA teams across APAC, EMEA, and AMR to align strategies, share best practices, and achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Work closely with P&C and other cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and promote Logitech’s employer brand.

Leveraging Data for Efficiency

  • Use recruitment metrics and market analytics to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and refine hiring strategies.

Key Qualifications (including but not limited to):

To succeed in this mid-senior individual contributor role, you will bring the following:

  • 5–8 years of recruitment experience within both the headhunter industry and in-house corporate recruitment settings.
  • Proven expertise in managing talent acquisition for a variety of roles across GCO & other assigned BGs.
  • Advanced sourcing techniques, proactive candidate engagement, and proven talent pipelining skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with a consultative approach to collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in WorkDay (WD) and recruitment tools, with exposure to data-driven decision-making through talent analytics.
  • Familiarity with employer branding techniques and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • A results-driven mindset focused on process improvement, innovation, and problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered a plus.
