Kela is seeking a talented, driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a meaningful role in our growth. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of domains, including Software, Hardware, Product, GTM, Finance, and Executive roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and help build the exceptional teams that will shape Kela’s future.We are looking for someone with strong recruiting instincts, a sharp eye for talent, and a modern, tech-savvy approach. Someone who knows how to build strong relationships, create great candidate experiences, and leverage AI and technology to work smarter, move faster, and continuously improve.

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kela, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of functions, including Software Engineering, Hardware, Product, GTM, Finance, and Executive roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach to offer. Leveraging data, market insights, and AI-powered recruiting tools, you will continuously optimize hiring processes, build strong talent pipelines, and play a key role in strengthening Kela's employer brand as we scale.

Requirements

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a tech or startup environment.

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions including engineering, product, GTM, finance, and leadership roles.

Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and drive hiring processes in a proactive and consultative way.

Experience leveraging AI tools and technology to improve recruiting processes and increase efficiency.

Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities across different domains.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to improve recruiting outcomes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fluent in English.
