We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across key commercial functions, with a strong focus on Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Partnerships and other revenue-generating roles.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the FX, CFD, brokerage, fintech or trading industry, particularly across commercial talent markets. You will act as a recruitment partner and advisor to assigned business divisions, managing end-to-end recruitment while providing market insight, sourcing expertise and stakeholder guidance.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers, People Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape sourcing strategies, attract high quality candidates and ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, commercially aware and confident operating in a fast paced, international environment where hiring priorities can shift quickly.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management
- Act as the dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for assigned business areas, with a focus on commercial functions such as Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships and related teams.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, People Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs, team structures, role requirements and business priorities. - Lead role briefing discussions with hiring managers, challenging requirements where needed and ensuring clear alignment on must-have skills, target markets, salary expectations, interview process and timelines.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, market feedback, risks and hiring challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering guidance on talent availability, market competitiveness, candidate expectations and recruitment best practice.
Commercial Hiring and Talent Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles across Marketing, Business Development, and Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across the FX, CFD, brokerage, fintech and trading sectors.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, talent communities, industry networks and competitor research.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche, senior, confidential or hard-to-fill commercial roles.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor organisations, talent movement, regional hiring trends and commercial talent availability.
Recruitment Process Management & Governance
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding handover.
- Prepare clear candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews with recruiters, agencies and hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback and candidate progression.
- Support offer discussions by managing candidate expectations, identifying close risks and partnering with the TA Manager and People Partners where needed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS, including candidate notes, interview feedback, source tracking, pipeline status and offer information.
- Keep hiring activity and pipeline information accurate to support reporting and ensure a structured, consistent recruitment process.
Internal Recruiter & Agency Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters and agencies to ensure candidate pipelines are aligned with the agreed sourcing strategy, role priorities and business timelines.
- Review pipeline quality regularly, identifying bottlenecks, gaps or delivery risks early.
- Manage agency usage for assigned roles where required, ensuring agencies are properly briefed and aligned to role requirements.
- Review agency submissions for quality, relevance and alignment with the agreed brief.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure candidates receive clear, timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process, with expectations managed around role scope, salary, location, timelines and feedback.
- Represent the company positively in the market and ensure candidate interactions reflect the employer brand.
- Identify and escalate candidate experience risks, including process delays, unclear feedback or offer concerns.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent community initiatives that attract commercial talent across FX, CFD, fintech and trading markets.
Qualifications
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in an internal Talent Acquisition role.
- Strong experience recruiting commercial roles such as Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Relationship Management, Affiliates, Regional Growth or Commercial Leadership.
- Strong network within the FX, CFD, brokerage, fintech, trading or financial services industry.
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines in competitive markets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, challenge and influence hiring managers.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and regions.
- Strong understanding of commercial hiring dynamics, including revenue-focused roles, regional market coverage, language requirements and competitor mapping.
- Excellent candidate engagement, screening and closing skills.
- Ability to provide practical market insight and translate recruitment challenges into clear recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience recruiting within FX, CFD, online trading, brokerage, crypto, payments, fintech or financial services.
- Existing network across Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Partnerships talent globally.
- Experience recruiting multilingual commercial talent across regions such as MENA, CIS, Africa and Southeast Asia.
- Experience supporting employer branding, talent communities, referral campaigns or market mapping projects.
- Experience partnering with agencies and managing external recruitment suppliers.
