We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Barcelona!

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Provide HR coordination support

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced global tech company.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with HR coordination – an advantage.
