Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a strategic recruiting advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs, owning the full recruiting lifecycle to shape and execute hiring strategies that support business growth.
Prime Responsibilities and Major Factors in Evaluating Performance:
1. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver hiring strategies aligned to defined roles and business needs. Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and hiring decisions.
2. Serve as a strategic advisor on talent availability, sourcing approach, and hiring priorities.
3. Lead full cycle recruiting for assigned client groups, from intake through offer acceptance. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, cold calling) to find specialized talent.
4. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, including campus and early-career hiring.
5. Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and hiring decisions using consistent and fair evaluation practices.
6. Negotiate complex compensation packages and close offers with candidates.
7. Support employer branding efforts to represent the organization in the talent market in conjunction with the marketing team.
8. Use recruiting insights and data to improve hiring outcomes and processes while ensuring compliant hiring practices.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers on complex or high-impact roles.
• Experience operating as a strategic advisor to the business, not solely as a transactional recruiter. Ability to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies in partnership with HR.
• Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with and influence, challenge, and coach hiring managers to improve hiring outcomes.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines, including campus or early-career recruiting. Working knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Experience in high volume recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing and engineering environment. Aerospace background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter attitude with a drive to be successful.
