What you do

This role exists to bring structure and clarity to hiring across our Mobility and Insurance businesses. You’ll sit at the point where business demand meets Talent Acquisition—taking shifting, sometimes unclear hiring needs and turning them into something practical, prioritized and deliverable.

You’ll help shape what we hire, where and when, while staying close to the detail and owning delivery for key roles. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working at pace, and making things happen.

This would suit someone with around 5–7 years’ Talent Acquisition experience who is confident, adaptable and naturally solution‑focused—someone who doesn’t just spot issues, but works out how to move things forward.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers across Mobility and Assistance, helping them shape and prioritize their hiring needs
  • Run clear, structured intake discussions to define role requirements, level, and timelines that reflect market reality
  • Manage hiring demand end-to-end, balancing multiple roles and priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Personally deliver end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, including sourcing, screening and managing candidates through to offer
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and challenge where needed
  • Work closely with colleagues across TA to ensure a consistent and joined-up approach to hiring
  • Use market insight to advise on talent availability and realistic hiring strategies
  • Identify practical ways to improve how we hire, adopting tools and AI-enabled solutions where they add value
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use.

What you bring

  • Around 5–7 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced, operational or service-led environment
  • A strong “solutioner” mindset—practical, proactive and focused on finding ways forward rather than highlighting problems
  • Comfortable working across a mix of roles and priorities, with the flexibility to adapt as demands shift
  • Hands-on recruiter who enjoys delivery as much as stakeholder interaction
  • Strong communication skills, able to build trust and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Organized and structured, able to bring clarity even when information is incomplete
  • Commercial awareness, understanding how hiring decisions impact the business
