About the Opportunity

This is a newly created role, which means you get to help build and shape the position. As Beneco's Talent Partner, you'll work closely with the Leader of People, Culture & Strategy to make Beneco the best place to work in the healthcare industry.

You'll be at the heart of everything talent-related: owning end-to-end recruitment, delivering standout candidate experiences, supporting onboarding, and contributing to broader P&C initiatives that make a real difference to our people and clients alike.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and managing candidates in a fair, inclusive, and values-aligned way
  • Partner with leaders to fill vacancies proactively and anticipate workforce needs through smart planning
  • Partner with external recruitment partners when necessary
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
  • Support the induction of new starters, setting them up for success from day one
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand hiring needs and build strong internal relationships

About You

You're an experienced talent professional who brings energy, integrity, and a genuine passion for people. You might currently be agency-side and ready to go in-house, or already in a P&C team and looking for more ownership. Either way, you also bring:

  • Experience within healthcare, WHS or Rehab as a Talent Partner
  • A growth mindset and a track record of delivering great hiring outcomes through meaningful candidate and stakeholder interactions
  • Hands-on experience with HR or ATS platforms, experience with Employment Hero is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal skills: you can engage, influence, and collaborate across all levels
  • A proactive, approachable style, you seek feedback, give it well, and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo when there's a better way
  • Resilience and professionalism, you balance competing priorities without losing your positive outlook
