About the Role

Reporting to the APAC TA Lead in Singapore, the Talent Acquisition Partner manages end to end recruitment as well as executes initiatives to attract, identify, select, and onboard talented people to Dyson. Acting as a recruitment subject matter expert you will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners on matters relating to building the Dyson talent base. Your portfolio will include a wide variety of roles across Japan Business, supporting our different functions across APAC.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment on assigned roles - manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, from brief to initial assessments, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Creating an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and the business stakeholders managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Use sourcing capability to recruit candidates through a variety of channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, ATS
  • Represent Dyson to prospective employees and other Recruitment/HR professionals and build a broad network i.e. professional networks and universities, to create sourcing and talent pooling opportunities. Build effective stakeholder relationships to have a deep understanding of recruitment, role and capability requirements and translate into sourcing and recruitment plans
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, clarify role requirements, and effect the best fit sourcing and recruitment plans for each role.
  • Responsible for managing recruitment of both internal and external candidates
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless transition from hire to onboarding. Utilize all recruitment systems and processes to deliver a rigorous and effective recruitment experience.
  • Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding, and build a valid database of talent
  • Ensure recruitment processes are in line with company policy and approval requirements, and fulfil all legislative requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all Right to Work requirements, including visas, with all our new starters.

About You

  • Previous recruitment experience, specifically in a fast paced, high volume role as well as gained internal recruitment experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn recruiter and other social media recruitment methodologies.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ideally Workday Recruit).
  • You are approachable and confident building relationships with colleagues and candidates at all levels.
  • You have excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Proficiency in reading and writing in Japanese is a must.
  • You are quick thinking and insightful; comfortable in a creative setting and a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a good team player with excellent interpersonal, time management and organization skills.
  • You are an enthusiastic self-starter committed to continuous improvement
