- - - The Talent Acquisition Partner, reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources (VPHR), manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple departments within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) environment. This role partners closely with department leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner supports hiring across a diverse range of functions, including Health Services, Dining Services, Housekeeping, Life Engagement, Finance, Transportation, Concierge, Security, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and leadership roles. This position plays a critical role in building a strong workforce aligned with the organization’s mission to deliver exceptional service and care to residents and requires expertise in recruitment best practices, workforce planning, and the unique staffing needs of senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and service-oriented environments.

- - - - Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition, including strategic sourcing, recruitment planning, and workforce planning across diverse functions.

- - - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience and promoting the organization’s employer brand.
- - - - Ability to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to support effective hiring decisions.
- - - - Knowledge of healthcare, senior living, and service industry workforce trends to inform recruiting strategies.
- - - - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and recruitment priorities effectively.

- - - Education and Experience Required:

- - - - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- - - - 5–7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- - - - Experience recruiting for healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or service-oriented environments strongly preferred.
- - - - Experience recruiting for both high-volume operational roles and leadership positions.
- - - - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).  Paycom is a plus.
