We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR Shared Services Centerin Greenwood, Indiana to shape the future of Talent Acquisition at Endress+Hauser for the U.S.

Are you a Strategic Relationship Builder? You’ll collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Do You Excel at Talent Strategy? You’ll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and pre-boarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Are You an Advocate for Diversity and Inclusion? You’ll champion equitable hiring practices and foster an inclusive environment.
Which tasks will you perform?
Strategically support the business and consult with key stakeholders to attract, identify, and select superior talent.
Lead the full cycle recruiting process for open positions to effectively and efficiently source and place the best talent for our organization, while meeting our dynamic business needs.
Partner with hiring managers to fill their openings while providing a superior experience.
Leverage all recruiting resources and technologies to reach our key performance indicators.
Participate in and contribute to high-level discussions regarding headcount adds, replacements, and overall people strategy.
Partner with strategically selected colleges and universities regarding early career recruiting.
Liaise and support external staffing agencies in the interview process and hiring of temporary/contract workers.
Look for and implement process improvements related to attracting and selecting talent.
Participate in various projects and initiatives with the Talent Acquisition team and the broader Shared Service team – both within the US and globally.
What do we expect from you?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills to support business needs and stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to lead full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and pre-boarding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
Proficiency in using recruiting resources and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and meet key performance indicators
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements in talent acquisition
Occasional travel, as needed (typically around 5%)
