Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Istanbul Turkey and play a central role in finding and attracting the talent that enables Novo Nordisk to reach its ambitions.
Your new role
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will own recruitment activities across your scope and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HRBPs. Istanbul is one of our major hubs, and your ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships will be a key differentiator.
For this reason, we expect you to come onsite to the office regularly.
Day‑to‑day you will:
Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across all levels, guide hiring managers through the process, secure high‑quality shortlists and ensure excellent candidate care.
Be a subject matter expert in attracting and recruiting talent, translating recruiting concepts, and demonstrating the ability to flex from strategic to tactical in support of the business.
Apply market insights and data to build proactive sourcing strategies, talent pipelines and competitive benchmarking for the business.
Act as sparring partner to HRBPs and business stakeholders, supporting workforce planning, headcount implications and recruitment strategy.
Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk’s global standard TA processes and uphold the employer value proposition across all recruitment efforts.

You will report directly to the Head of EMEA commercial, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years’ solid professional experience gained either in a HRBP or a Talent Acquisition role, ideally in a fast‑paced, complex organization.
Full professional fluency in Turkish and English.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with hiring managers and business leaders.
Experience using data and market insights to inform sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Proficiency in behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques; demonstrated ability to recruit senior roles.
As a person, you thrive in a multicultural and dynamic environment, feel comfortable navigating change, and moreover you demonstrate strong cultural awareness and strong business ethics.
