Talent Acquisition Partner

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build and scale exceptional teams. This role sits at the centre of a fast-paced, people-first organisation of approximately 1,000 employees, partnering closely with leaders across the business to deliver high-quality hiring at volume.

You’ll play a key role in shaping their workforce, strengthening their culture, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience across diverse roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full end-to-end recruitment across operational, specialist, and head-office roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on effective hiring strategies
  • Deliver high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and cultural alignment
  • Proactively source candidates using creative, data-driven methods
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Own the candidate journey from first contact through offer, including onboarding support
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and continuously improved
  • Report directly to the HR Manager

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in in-house or agency recruitment, with proven high-volume hiring exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles across different departments simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised, structured, and calm under pressure
  • Genuine passion for people, culture, and team building
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
