Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations Leader, the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement of PPG's global talent acquisition function. This role supports the execution and administration of recruiting technologies, operational processes, recruitment marketing platforms, and talent acquisition programs that drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes across regions.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, this role works in close partnership with the Global Talent Acquisition Digital Lead and collaborates with HRIT, HRIS, PPSC, and Talent Acquisition teams to support the stability, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of core recruiting platforms, including Workday, Phenom (CRM), career site and candidate engagement capabilities, and related technologies.

Operating as a key contributor within Talent Acquisition Operations & Technology, this role is responsible for executing established processes, maintaining data quality and system integrity, supporting users, and ensuring operational consistency across the global talent acquisition function. The role works with guidance on more complex issues while developing functional expertise across recruiting technologies, recruitment marketing capabilities, reporting, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of Workday (ATS), Phenom (CRM), and integrated recruiting technologies and programs.
• Partner closely with the Global TA Digital Lead and TA Operations Owners to support system functionality, monitor usage, and execute operational processes.
• Serve as a supporting TA Operations Owner for designated tools, processes, programs, or recruitment marketing capabilities.
• Perform routine system administration activities, audits, validations, and compliance checks.
• Troubleshoot routine system and process issues and escalate more complex challenges to appropriate partners.
• Support HRIT, HRIS, and PPSC with testing, system updates, enhancements, and implementation activities.
• Conduct data audits, process reviews, and system health checks to maintain data quality and operational integrity.
• Support the administration of recruitment marketing technologies, including CRM, talent communities, career site functionality, and candidate engagement campaigns.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, knowledge articles, and process documentation.
• Support reporting activities, dashboard maintenance, campaign tracking, and candidate pipeline analytics to ensure accurate operational metrics.
• Assist with career site updates, talent community administration, candidate engagement initiatives, and recruitment marketing activities.
• Assist with the adoption and implementation of new tools, technologies, and process improvements.
• Provide user support, training, and enablement for Talent Acquisition teams.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and recommend improvements to established processes.

Qualifications

• Typically Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, HR Technology, or related roles.
• Experience working with ATS, CRM, and recruitment marketing technologies.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated auditing, process compliance, and data quality capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute within established processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder support skills.
