As a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Advisor. Your role will focus on ensuring smooth recruitment processes, efficient onboarding administration, and a positive experience for candidates and new hires. This position is vital in maintaining an organised and structured approach to recruitment while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Looking at the bigger picture, this role plays a pivotal part in being able to continue a high level of support for those in our care.

Where will you work?
You will be based at our head office in Southampton, but hybrid working may be available once training is completed.
