Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end pre-employment requirements of new hires
  • Ensure completion and validation of government-mandated documents (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN)
  • Monitor submission of pre-employment requirements such as medical results, NBI clearance, and background checks
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and pre-start communications with candidates
  • Maintain and update onboarding trackers and HRIS records
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (TA, HR, Payroll, Compliance) for onboarding readiness
  • Assist in onboarding sessions and new hire orientation logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Generate onboarding reports and status updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment support, or HR operations
  • Knowledge of Philippine government requirements and pre-employment processes
  • Strong coordination, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
