Talent Acquisition Officer – Project-Based (3 Months)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to support the Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling manpower requirements during a 3-month project. The role will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, recruitment coordination, and maintaining accurate recruitment updates and records.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment, Selection and Hiring

1. Receives Manpower Requisition Forms and monitors assigned vacancies and manpower requirements.
2. Posts approved job vacancies in Recruit+ and other recruitment platforms such as JobStreet and Indeed.
3. Sources qualified candidates through Recruit+, recruitment email, job portals, referrals, and other applicable platforms.
4. Screens applications and shortlists qualified candidates based on position requirements.
5. Schedules candidates for initial interviews and conducts interviews as required.
6. Sends examinations to qualified candidates and conducts necessary follow-ups.
7. Endorses qualified candidates for second and final interviews with Hiring Managers and follows up on interview results.
8. Coordinates with Hiring Managers regarding interview schedules, candidate status, and recruitment progress.
9. Follows up with candidates regarding interview schedules, assessments, and other recruitment-related requirements.
10. Supports candidate sourcing and recruitment activities with Recruitment Partners/Head Hunters as required.
11. Maintains and updates the list of current manpower needs and recruitment status.
12. Provides regular recruitment updates to Hiring Managers and concerned stakeholders.

Recruitment Activities and Partnerships

1. Coordinates with Recruitment Partners, Schools, and other external recruitment sources for candidate sourcing activities.
2. Assists in job fairs, career fairs, and other recruitment activities as required during the project period.
3. Prepares and monitors recruitment materials and requirements for assigned recruitment activities.
4. Assists in maintaining an active candidate pipeline for current manpower requirements.

Recruitment Reports and Documentation

1. Prepares and maintains recruitment trackers and reports on vacancy status, candidate pipeline, interviews, assessments, and recruitment updates.
2. Ensures recruitment records and candidate information are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
3. Provides recruitment updates and other Talent Acquisition reports as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms such as Recruit+, JobStreet, and Indeed is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Available for a 3-month project-based engagement.

What You'll Do in 3 Months

The successful candidate will primarily focus on building candidate pipelines, sourcing and screening applicants, facilitating interviews and assessments, coordinating with Hiring Managers and candidates, and providing timely recruitment updates to support the Company's manpower requirements.
