About the Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager the role of Talent Acquisition Officer will see you thrive in our fast paced, dynamic and values centric team of experienced internal talent professionals specialising in volume hiring (across hospitality & personal carer roles), corporate functions and clinical leadership recruiting best practice. Based in our National Office located in Bundall Gold Coast, our TA team enjoy a hybrid workplace with 2 office days and 3 work from home days, ensuring we all strike a positive work / life balance whilst delivering high volume hiring across 23 locations in QLD, NSW, SA and VIC.
Over the last 2 years we have implemented innovative internal talent systems and tools, that has freed up our TA team to focus more heavily on business partnering, candidate experience, employer branding and operate within streamlined end to end recruitment and onboarding processes - it's even won an industry award! This volume hiring role will see you work on no more than 25 vacancies at any one time, ensuring you apply proactive sourcing and selection efficiencies partnering directly with our Hiring Leaders. These leader interactions will build knowledge on team cultures, workforce challenges, talent markets and branding strategies that supports delivering operational volume recruitment and onboarding new employee that form part of quality resident care outcomes.
About You
YOU are a Talent Acquisition professional with a minimum of two (2) years internal volume recruitment experience offering a “people person” style with a passion for delivering positive recruitment outcomes. Your work-life focus is having pride in your work, growing both personally and professionally and to work with like- minded colleagues!
