What you'll do

As our Talent Acquisition Manager for Digital X and Retail & Payments, you’ll oversee recruitment demand and activity across the allocated business areas, making sure hiring plans are delivered effectively and aligned to business priorities. You’ll support your stakeholders to attract, assess and hire high‑quality talent to meet immediate and future workforce needs.

You’ll design and implement end‑to‑end attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection approaches, using innovative strategies to reach diverse, scarce and critical skills. You’ll also use data and insight to track performance, identify trends and continuously improve recruitment outcomes and decision‑making.

You’ll combine this with strong market awareness and a practical understanding of talent trends, using insight and data to improve delivery, inform decisions and support your stakeholders. With a commercially aware mindset, you’ll understand how Talent Acquisition contributes to broader business priorities and performance .

As well as this, you’ll bring:

  • A consultative approach to Talent Acquisition, providing practical advice and support to hiring managers and stakeholders to address talent challenges
  • Experience leading and developing teams, creating an environment where performance, capability and engagement are continuously strengthened
  • Confidence using data and insight to identify trends and apply them to enhance recruitment delivery
  • A sound approach to risk, governance and controls, so recruitment activity is compliant, well-managed and aligned to policy
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at a senior level
