Do you want to lead recruitment in a way that turns business needs into action and creates a high-quality, inclusive hiring experience? At Alleima in Sandviken, you will play a key role in leading our Swedish Talent Acquisition team, strengthening employer branding, and helping us build for the future together. If you are a practical problem-solver who enjoys creating structure, driving progress, and developing others, we would like to hear from you.

About the role

As Talent Acquisition Manager you are responsible for leading a defined Swedish Talent Acquisition team and ensuring high-quality recruitment and employer branding delivery. You will translate business and workforce needs into effective talent acquisition execution in Sweden. In this role you can combine leadership skills with hands on recruitment.

  • Responsible to independently drive recruitments from intake and attraction to selection, offer, and closure
  • Lead and manage the Swedish Talent Acquisition team, including Recruiters and the Employer Branding Coordinator, with responsibility for goals, priorities, workload balance, performance follow-up, development, and team effectiveness
  • Coach and support Recruiters in complex recruitment processes, stakeholder management, competency-based assessment, and inclusive selection methods
  • Oversee and develop employer branding initiatives in Sweden in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders and the business
  • Monitor recruitment workload, progress, quality, and key metrics, using data to identify risks, improvement areas, and resource needs
  • Ensure compliance with Alleima policies, recruitment processes, data privacy requirements, Swedish labor law, and relevant union-related aspects

About you

You bring several years of recruitment experience, preferably from an in-house environment in an industrial, technical, or global organization, together with documented experience in formal people management or similar responsibility for leading a defined recruitment team.

You are confident managing several parallel recruitment processes while maintaining quality, transparency, and stakeholder trust. Your background includes competency-based recruitment, structured interviewing, and coaching others in recruitment methodology, and you are comfortable using data to follow up progress, workload, quality, and process efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you act with integrity, objectivity, and respect in all interactions and combine business understanding with a solution-oriented mindset. You create clarity, engagement, and accountability through open communication and constructive feedback, and you take initiative to improve ways of working and contribute to a learning culture.

You collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners both in Swedish and English, and you value creating an environment where people are recognized, supported, and able to thrive.

Experience in employer branding, talent attraction, early talent, student relations, or recruitment marketing is a strong advantage. Experience with assessment tools in structured selection processes, including certification in relevant tools, is required or considered a strong advantage. If you are someone who likes to turn plans into results and believes that every contribution counts, this could be the right next step for you.

What you can expect from us

  • A meaningful leadership role where you can turn strategy into action and help shape high-quality recruitment and employer branding in Sweden
  • A supportive and collaborative environment where people are recognized, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow
  • Competitive salary and benefits, and opportunities for growth in an industry that never stands still
  • A hybrid work environment supporting work life balance
