Job Description

JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Westwing, you will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline, elevating hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience. In this hands-on and impact-driven role, you will balance full-cycle recruiting with strategic and creative initiatives that contribute to our vision of becoming the Superbrand in Design. You will directly influence our ability to attract and hire outstanding talent, with a dedicated focus on driving our recruitment in Munich and Poland. Collaborating closely with local and global stakeholders, you will act as a key talent partner across both markets while maintaining a strong customer mindset to ensure a seamless, best-in-class recruiting journey. While the core focus is on talent acquisition, you will also serve as a knowledgeable sparring partner on Polish employment matters, supporting our Junior Business Partner. This position is limited to 1 year and based in Warsaw

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across departments and various seniority levels, focusing specifically on our Munich and Warsaw offices to deliver a swift, seamless process and a state-of-the-art candidate experience
  • Take full responsibility for the talent acquisition needs of your assigned business units, acting as their key talent partner
  • Actively contribute to strategic TA initiatives and OKRs to elevate our recruiting setup, driving funnel quality and raising the talent bar
  • Drive operational excellence by leveraging GenAI to make recruiting workflows more efficient, structured, and scalable while enhancing documentation and process hygiene
  • Mentor and support more junior team members, sharing best practices, onboarding new peers, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Serve as a trusted sparring partner for our Junior Business Partner on Polish employment law and day-to-day P&C (People & Culture) topics, providing guidance and support on ad-hoc matters beyond recruiting
  • Partner closely with the entire P&C team on Polish P&C matters, ensuring alignment between recruiting strategy and broader people initiatives

YOU COME WITH

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, paired with a deep understanding of and passion for People & Culture; experience recruiting within the Polish and/or German markets is highly preferred
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused approach driven by a strategic growth mindset, thriving in fast-moving environments, owning your results, and maintaining high quality even at scale
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, engaging approach toward candidates and hiring managers; professional fluency in both English and Polish is required (German is a plus)
  • A collaborative spirit paired with a structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style to keep processes clean, organised, and scalable
  • A strong affinity for data, tools, and process improvements, including the use of AI, paired with openness to testing new ideas, acting fast, and contributing fresh perspectives
  • Solid working knowledge of Polish labour law, enabling you to advise colleagues on employment-related questions and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for P&C topics beyond recruiting
