Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring recruitment objectives and staffing targets are achieved across the region. This role leads and develops a Talent Acquisition team, driving effective sourcing, recruiting, and workforce planning strategies aligned with business needs.
The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with Senior HR Business Partners, hiring managers, universities, and professional organizations to understand current and future talent requirements. The role is responsible for leveraging recruitment metrics and market insights to evaluate performance, identify trends, and implement sourcing strategies that attract top talent and support Bechtel's business goals.
