PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Responsible for leading Talent Acquisition strategy and recruitment delivery for all Manufacturing hiring across India. Reporting to the South AP & Japan TA Manager, this role partners closely with business leaders, HR and external recruitment partners to attract, hire and retain talent across manufacturing operations while driving workforce planning, employer branding, campus engagement and recruitment excellence. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership while remaining hands-on to deliver critical hiring outcomes
Operating within a matrixed organization, the incumbent will provide leadership across complex business environments, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution to support current and future manufacturing growth, including potential expansion, new business ventures, joint ventures, and other workforce scaling initiatives.
