As a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), you’ll be at the heart of our growth Our TAMs act as true hiring managers, driving the search for top clinicians across multiple territories and ensuring we always have the talent needed to serve our patients. You’ll own the process end-to-end, from market analysis and outreach through closing, while partnering closely with leadership to shape how we scale.
Joining our team means not just filling roles — but making a measurable impact on patient outcomes and employee satisfaction across Northern California.
It's a GREAT place to work!

By prioritizing engagement and satisfaction, 21HHS attracts top clinical talent and delivers outstanding outcomes, cementing our place as a leader in home health.
This is not a hybrid position. You are required to be onsite Monday - Friday either in Natomas or Roseville.

What we're looking for:

  • Stability: Demonstrated track record and showing commitment and reliability.
  • Experience as an in-house recruiter, with a history of filling challenging roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find great people through LinkedIn, Indeed, and creative outreach.
  • A knack for building and maintaining pipelines of passive candidates across multiple regions and specialties.
  • Comfort turning passive interest into active engagement — you enjoy nurturing relationships until the timing is right.
  • Hands-on experience running the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, and offers.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals and timelines.
  • A data-friendly mindset — you value data from dashboards, reports, and metrics to help guide and improve your approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates — you act as a trusted partner.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell the story of our company in a way that excites people.
  • Solid organizational skills — you can juggle multiple searches without losing momentum.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude — you like to take ownership and make things happen.

What you'll be doing

  • Running the full search process — from finding great people to getting them hired.
  • Sourcing and reaching out to clinicians (RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, Social Workers, HHAs) across Northern California to keep our teams growing.
  • Building relationships with passive candidates and turning interest into excitement.
  • Partnering with managers to understand where the biggest needs are and filling those gaps.
  • Making sure every candidate has a smooth, positive experience along the way.
  • Keeping an eye on your numbers so you know what’s working and where to adjust.
  • Helping close candidates by sharing our story and what makes 21HHS special.
  • Working closely with fellow recruiters, swapping ideas, and celebrating wins together.
  • Acting as a true ambassador of our culture when talking to candidates online or at events.
