This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach • Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed • Define process standards and improve operational metrics for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire • Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping • Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps • Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
Requirements
• Experience managing or leading talent acquisition delivery, workflow prioritisation, or quality control • Ability to define hiring process standards and improve operational metrics • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
Benefits
