The Role

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, your will own the recruiting strategy of the growing group, with a both hands on and strategic role. You'll work closely with our leaders to build strong teams that reflect our values of warmth, excellence, and care. While recruitment is your core responsibility, we also welcome your ideas and collaboration on wider people initiatives that contribute to the success and growth of our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle for senior hospitality roles across front-of-house, back-of-house, and corporate functions. This includes job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and supporting final hiring decisions.
• Hiring Strategy: Partner with senior leaders and department heads to understand their staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies to meet demand during peak seasons or special projects.
• Sourcing & Networking: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using various sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms, and direct networking.
• Coach Hiring Manager and Implement Recruitment Best Practices: Create and implement clear recruitment guidelines and handbooks to ensure consistency and excellence. Coach hiring managers on best practices, empowering them to make the best hiring decisions while staying aligned with our values and culture.
• ATS Implementation: Select and lead the implementation and strategic roadmap design of a new ATS that better match our growing business needs

What We Expect From You

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
• Ability and passion to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Work proficiency in both English and Portuguese
• Desire to be part of a growing People team where you need to wear multiple and collaborate closely with multiple initiatives
