Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

At Neostella, our mission is simple: empower legal teams to work smarter, faster, and more reliably. We deliver advanced technology solutions and satellite team support that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and transform the way law firms and legal departments work every day.

We’re relentlessly customer-centric. Everything we do is in service of making our clients’ work easier and helping them deliver better experiences for their own clients. We’re also a true team: supportive, scrappy, and always in it together. We believe in showing up for one another, rolling up our sleeves, and celebrating wins along the way.

Neostella is in hyper-growth mode, leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve real challenges for our clients. As we continue to scale across the United States, Colombia, Mexico, and the Philippines, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function and help us attract exceptional talent around the world.

Why this role matters right now:

At Neostella, people are our greatest competitive advantage. As we continue to grow, we need a leader who can build and scale a world-class talent acquisition function while ensuring we maintain the culture, quality, and high standards that have fueled our success.

This role will oversee our global recruiting team, partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, and drive sourcing strategies that proactively identify and engage top talent before hiring needs become urgent. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, coach, operator, and talent magnet.

What you’ll be doing:

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute Neostella’s global talent acquisition strategy.
  • Partner with executive leadership and department leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.
  • Align recruiting efforts with business goals, growth initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes that support continued global expansion.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global recruiting team across multiple countries.
  • Establish recruiting standards, best practices, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, hiring strategy discussions, and recruiter development sessions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent communities across key functional areas.
  • Establish sourcing excellence as a core competency within the recruiting function.
  • Drive employee referral initiatives and passive candidate engagement strategies.
  • Reduce reliance on inbound applicants through strategic talent mapping and pipeline development.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders throughout the hiring process.
  • Consult on organizational design, role scoping, interviewing strategies, and market intelligence.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Help leaders make informed, data-driven hiring decisions.

Recruiting Operations & Analytics

  • Own recruiting metrics, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Monitor time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, pipeline health, and recruiter productivity.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve recruiting outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruiting tools, systems, and workflows.

Employer Brand

  • Strengthen Neostella’s employer brand across all regions.
  • Partner with Marketing and People teams to showcase our culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to increase visibility in target talent markets.
  • Represent Neostella at networking events, career fairs, and industry communities when appropriate.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Experience leading recruiters across multiple business functions, locations, or countries (Highly Desirable).
  • Proven success building sourcing strategies and talent pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Strong partnership experience with executives and business leaders.
  • Experience compiling & using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, professional services, legal technology, or other high-growth environments preferred.
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and optimizing recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and talent acquisition tools.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and interpret compensation and labor market data to provide salary benchmarking, hiring recommendations, and market intelligence across multiple geographies.
  • Experience developing and executing local talent attraction strategies, including building relationships with universities, colleges, professional organizations, and community networks to strengthen employer brand and talent pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, labor market trends, and competitive hiring landscapes across domestic and international markets.
  • Experience building recruiting processes, playbooks, and scalable hiring frameworks that support rapid organizational growth.

About Neostella

Neostella | The Future Rises With You

Neostella builds enterprise case management software for modern legal teams who need clarity, control, and connection across every part of their work. We’ve evolved into a software-only company with one mission: to take complexity off the shoulders of the professionals who carry so much, for so many.

Our Connected Case Platform unifies operations, insights, and communications so firms can work faster, collaborate effortlessly, and scale without limitations.

Built from the ground up, Neostella gives legal teams the freedom to adapt workflows, automate intelligently, and integrate the tools they rely on without ever being boxed in. With a truly open API, we believe your software should connect to your reality, not force you to change it.

Today, we serve enterprise firms and high-volume legal teams in mass tort, personal injury, veterans’ benefits, immigration, and more—areas of law where precision matters, deadlines define success, and connected work drives outcomes. These are teams who rise for their clients every day. It’s time their software rose for them.

Neostella. When complexity ends, possibility begins.
