Talent Acquisition Manager
Canton, NC

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Canton, NC to support daily staffing operations and lead recruiting activities within our enhanced MSP platform. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Operations, this role is responsible for supporting employee engagement initiatives, recruiting talent for manufacturing and logistics positions, and ensuring daily workforce and attendance goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have prior staffing or onsite workforce experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with employees and client leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday (flexibility required to support other shifts as needed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily recruiting, onboarding, and workforce operations activities
  • Manage open requisitions and assist with order fulfillment
  • Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Conduct background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation
  • Monitor attendance, employee performance, and workforce needs
  • Assist with payroll processing and billing support as needed
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, supervisors, and client HR teams
  • Help resolve employee relations concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist with recruiting and retention efforts
  • Coach and support employees to promote engagement and performance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and staffing reports
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, onsite management, or workforce operations
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume staffing environments preferred
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
