Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team of recruiters and oversee the recruitment lifecycle for salaried, salaried non-exempt and hourly for the Corrections line of business. This role combines strategic leadership with a focus on building strong business relationships and driving innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future talent needs.

You excel at managing and developing recruitment teams, using data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies and improve performance

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation to support the hiring needs for both salaried and hourly positions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to develop and execute recruiting strategies, including workforce planning, talent pipelining, and sourcing for complex roles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for business-critical positions as needed.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and updates on recruiting progress, market conditions, and potential talent gaps. Build and maintain strong partnerships to support business objectives.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies across all lines of business, using social media, networking, and recruitment marketing tools to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Leverage industry trends, market data, and internal metrics to inform hiring decisions and refine recruitment strategies. Track key performance indicators to measure the success of recruiting efforts.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its culture and values in the marketplace to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Lead recruitment-related initiatives, such as diversity hiring programs, process improvements, and technology optimizations. Drive collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals.

Travel: Up to 30% as business needs require.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership in high-volume or matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with senior leaders, influencing business decisions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong business acumen and market intelligence, with the ability to influence strategic hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools; proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
