Job Description

Role Objective

Acts as the execution and performance engine of the Talent Acquisition function. Owns end-to-end hiring delivery, builds high-performing recruitment capability, and ensures workforce demand is met with speed, quality, and cost discipline.

Partners closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely hiring outcomes while strengthening stakeholder trust and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned business scope (volume, corporate, niche).
  • Build, coach, and performance-manage a high-impact TA team aligned to NOV standards and service expectations.
  • Own hiring performance outcomes (KPIs, SLAs, time-to-fill, quality, source mix, cost efficiency).
  • Translate workforce demand signals into structured recruitment plans and sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and align delivery capacity accordingly.
  • Drive proactive talent pipelining and market engagement strategies across critical skill segments.
  • Embed structured stakeholder communication and service governance routines.
  • Identify delivery risks early; remove barriers and escalate strategically to protect outcomes.
  • Ensure recruitment process discipline, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Continuously optimize recruiter productivity, hiring manager experience, and candidate journey.
  • Strengthen employer brand positioning in partnership with HR and business leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in full-cycle recruitment within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Track record of delivering against aggressive hiring targets across diverse talent segments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance speed, quality, and cost.
  • Data-informed decision maker with performance management discipline.
  • Consultative partner to senior stakeholders; able to influence and align.
  • Strategic workforce planning and talent pipelining capability.
  • High accountability mindset with strong execution bias.
  • Ability to operate at pace while driving process rigor and standards.
  • Excellent English.
