Job Description

Lead Talent Acquisition activities across India, partnering with business and project leaders to deliver quality hiring, workforce planning and bid/pursuit resourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for approved positions across India.
  • Partner with business/project leaders on workforce requirements and sourcing strategy.
  • Support bid and project hiring through talent mapping and ready talent pipelines.
  • Manage and mentor the TA team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure Workday accuracy, approvals, governance and recruitment compliance.
  • Build talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Improve recruitment processes, turnaround time and candidate experience.
  • Use AI-enabled sourcing and recruitment tools responsibly to improve productivity.
  • Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring reports to leadership.

Experience & Skills:

  • 10–15 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, consulting or professional services.
  • Strong TA leadership, stakeholder management and sourcing skills.
  • Experience with Workday/ATS, niche hiring and multiple project requirements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and team-management skills.
