Position summary:

This is an opportunity to shape how GSK attracts and hires commercial talent across EMEA region. As Talent Acquisition Lead – Commercial, you will lead inclusive recruitment strategies for sales, marketing, commercial operations and support roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external partners. You will combine market insight, data and creative sourcing to build strong talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities:

In this high-impact role, you will:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles across sales, marketing, commercial operations and support functions—from role design through offer and onboarding
• Act as a trusted adviser to hiring managers and HR, aligning recruitment with workforce plans and guiding role profiles, interviews and selection decisions
• Create future-ready talent pipelines through direct sourcing, professional networks, internal mobility and external search partners
• Turn market, salary and recruitment data into practical insights that strengthen hiring strategies and workforce planning
• Champion an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience while managing suppliers and improving recruitment processes
• Promote fair, inclusive and evidence-based hiring in line with relevant employment law and GSK policies

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who brings:

• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience within life sciences, pharma or healthcare industry
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and HR in a matrixed environment
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, CRM or recruitment analytics
• Solid knowledge of employment practices and compliant hiring

Preferred Qualifications:

You will stand out if you also bring:

• Experience recruiting mid to senior commercial roles
• Experience managing external search firms and supplier performance
• Ability to translate market data into clear recommendations for leaders
• Track record of improving recruitment processes or candidate experience
• Comfortable using digital tools and people analytics to drive decisions
