What You Will Do
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the software and AI sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through various platforms.
- Implement and optimize the applicant tracking system to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract diverse talent.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with AI and software development roles and related skill sets.
- Background in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
