Alignity Solutions is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our recruitment operations, focusing on attracting top talent to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires hands-on experience in the staffing industry and a strong track record of talent acquisition excellence. Prior experience working with clients like Deloitte and Infosys will be a significant advantage.


Requirements


Key Responsibilities

:


  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our diverse client base, including consulting giants like Deloitte and Infosys.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain data integrity.

  • Optimize the usage of Job Boards and other sourcing channels to maximize candidate reach and engagement.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

  • Use recruitment analytics to evaluate and optimize hiring processes.


Qualifications

:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a staffing organization.

  • Proven track record working with high-profile clients, with an advantage for experience involving Deloitte and Infosys.

  • Strong experience in ATS administration and optimizing Job Board usage.

  • Excellent understanding of the staffing industry’s best practices, market trends, and candidate management tools.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Experience with recruitment marketing platforms and advanced ATS functionality.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
