Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment Support

  • Support job posting activities across recruitment channels.
  • Conduct CV screening and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update candidate information and maintain recruitment databases.
  • Prepare hiring trackers.
  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities when required.

Onboarding & Documentation Support

  • Support onboarding administration for new hires.
  • Follow up with candidates to collect required onboarding documents and personal records.
  • Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain employee files in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Support document filing and records management in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding documents are completed on time.
  • Assist in preparing onboarding packages and employee information records.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to handle confidential information and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good English communication is an advantage.
