This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle within a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our experienced team to support the hiring of talent across various functions.

What You Will Do

• Sourcing & Screening: Help identify and engage top talent through various channels and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate alignment.
• ATS Optimization: Work directly on optimizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will help refine workflows and update automated actions to streamline our recruitment operations and make the hiring process significantly more efficient.
• Pipeline Management: Manage candidate data and track progress through the recruitment funnel to ensure a smooth, organized hiring cycle.
• Candidate Experience: Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Employer Branding: Assist in promoting b_labs as an employer of choice by supporting content creation and engagement initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to understand the unique hiring needs of our different teams and contribute to team success.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Recent Graduate: Preferably a 2026 graduate looking to build a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Eager to Learn: You have a genuine interest in commercial recruitment and are excited to master new tools, systems, and sourcing techniques.
• Proactive & Detail-Oriented: You take initiative, pay close attention to detail, and are not afraid to ask questions to get the job done right.
• Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with different personalities and teams.
• Communicator: You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging with potential candidates.
