Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support our recruitment efforts, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the recruitment process and contribute to our dynamic team.

How you will succeed:

• Assist in recruitment processes: Support with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Source candidates: Use various channels to find potential candidates
• Maintain records: Keep candidate records organized in our ATS
• Coordinate with hiring managers: Understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Support onboarding: Support new hires transition smoothly

You are best for this role because:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills
• You are detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office
• You are eager to learn and gain experience in a fast-paced environment
• Business Level English
• Japanese language skills preferred but not essential
