As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting ourTalent Acquisition team, primarilyfocusing on sourcing and attracting top talent for entry-level, support, and Operations –related roles, while also assisting with other recruitment initiatives as required.
🌟 What You’ll Do

• Utilize internal channels and job portals to actively source and engage with potential candidates.
• Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews for selected positions under the guidance of the recruitment team.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring assessments, and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives when needed.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Final-year student or recent graduate from any major.
• Previous internship or experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in headhunting and building candidate pipelines across multiple channels and professional networks is an advantage.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Prior experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus.
