Support admin tasks, including checking, storing documents (hard copies, scanned files, etc.), contacting, and setting the application document deadline for new employees, according to assigned requirements.
Support in formatting CV as the Savills template.
Support in preparing content, editing photos, for recruitment posts on social media, for other employee branding of company, etc. according to assigned manager.
Support share and post jobs according to assigned manager.
Screen CV for intern and executive positions.
Other tasks assigned by direct manager or assigned manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
