Requirements

• Interested in learning about recruitment, especially in commercial functions like sales, marketing, operations, and business roles.
• Eager to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.
• Open to learning how to use recruitment tools and systems (e.g. ATS).
• Enthusiastic about employer branding and helping promote the company to potential candidates.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with different teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take on tasks with guidance and support.
• Looking to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle during the internship. sed ATS tools to manage the candidate pipeline efficiently.
