Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive talent pipelining.
  • Act as the Key User for our Applicant Tracking System (Cornerstone), managing the end-to-end recruitment workflow and continuously improving recruitment processes.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external recruitment agencies while ensuring effective collaboration and recruitment excellence.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain recruitment and headcount reporting, and provide meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support and drive HR projects and annual HR processes, including Performance Management, Employee Engagement Surveys, Job Architecture, and the continuous digitalization of HR processes.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience 5+ years in
    Talent Acquisition, including end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates
    through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
    Experience managing HR projects
    and coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-driven with
    a strong sense of ownership, reliability, accountability and
    confidentiality.
  • Structured, analytical, and
    detail-oriented working style with the ability to interpret data and
    translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple ongoing
    projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal,
    communication, and presentation skills, with proven ability to build
    relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders across
    all organizational levels.
  • Strong customer and service
    orientation, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and a
    solution-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative team player who
    also works independently with minimal supervision and is eager to develop
    professionally.
  • Experience working with
    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms as well as proficiency
    in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills
    in German and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are
    an advantage).
  • Please note that this position
    is based at our Headquarters in Vienna, Austria. Candidates must be
    legally authorized to work in Austria.
