About the Position

We're excited to offer a dynamic and driven individual the opportunity to take ownership of Talent Attraction activities for our UK & Ireland business unit, based in our London office. As a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding Kraft Heinz' culture by attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent for our commercial business. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your HR skills and expertise, supporting the HR team with various projects and initiatives, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Recruitment for our early careers and entry level roles will be your primary responsibility. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders!


What you’ll do

  • Full ownership of the recruitment cycle, starting from the hiring manager kick-off to sourcing and selecting through interviewing, offering and hiring.
  • Manage the full Trainee, Apprentice and Intern Program Recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and central Talent team.
  • Develop and implement a local Employer Branding strategy, including creative methods to enhance engagement with Kraft Heinz.
  • Own University Relations, including career fairs, company presentations, and organization of in-house days.
  • Support hiring managers in the Inclusive Hiring process and interviewing skills
  • Support the HR team with onboarding and integration of new hires, internal communications, and internal events

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • +1 years’ Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Listening and understanding the need and building a clear action plan towards success.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience at a recruitment agency or recruitment experience in-house.
  • Previous experience with Employer Branding and University Relations (campus recruitment).
