Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 SalaryPOSITION OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition & HR Manager will lead recruiting and core HR operations. This role is split between full-cycle recruitment (40–50%) and HR functions including onboarding, training, benefits, and compliance. The Talent Acquisition & HR Manager will partner with leadership to attract top talent, enhance employee experience, and maintain scalable HR practices for the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- - Manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles and locations
- - Build diverse talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, schools, and community programs
- - Represent the company at career fairs and outreach events
- Onboarding & Employee Experience
- - Design and deliver a seamless onboarding process
- - Support benefits administration and lead open enrollment
- - Promote a positive and inclusive culture through engagement initiatives
- Training & Development
- - Coordinate performance management processes
- - Identify skill gaps and implement training programs
- - Maintain compliance records for training and development
- HR Compliance & Policy
- - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- - Address employee relations concerns professionally and consistently

QualificationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in recruiting
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency with ATS/HCM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction or trades industry preferred
