Job Description :

The Junior Talent Acquisition Partner is supporting the implementation of local recruiting strategy and assists the recruitment efforts.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of local strategies to attract and recruit talents
• Understand hiring needs and implement specific sourcing strategies
• Support processes of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding employees to the organization
• Contribute to talent bench-marking and talent assessment processes
• Achieve quality of hire and time to fill targets
• Support the development of talent pools
• Participate in internal mobility processes and development
• Maintain candidate management tools and recruitment status files

Qualifications & Languages

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR
• Languages: English (Intermediate)

Previous experience & Industry background

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Media agency, Tech company, Data company
