
Why Your Role Matters
The Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager leads recruitment efforts for a defined portfolio, ensuring the attraction and selection of mission-driven talent across a portfolio of roles. This role owns full-cycle recruiting while partnering with program leaders to translate workforce needs into effective hiring strategies and strong candidate experiences. In addition to driving recruiting outcomes, this role activates employer brand initiatives, supports engagement efforts in partnership with People Experience, and leverages data and insights to inform decisions, improve processes, and strengthen hiring effectiveness across the organization. The Manager plays a key role in coaching hiring managers, influencing hiring practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent systems, processes, and outcomes.
This role follows a hybrid work model, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additional in-office days may be required based on team needs, meetings, or priorities.
