Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, offering, to onboarding.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including JobStreet, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, talent pools, social media, and networking.
• Handle recruitment for Mandarin-speaking positions and other business functions based on company hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool, particularly for Mandarin-speaking candidates and hard-to-fill positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and users to understand manpower requirements, job profiles, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as SLA achievement, time-to-hire, recruitment productivity, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
• Identify recruitment challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies and initiatives to strengthen the company's employer image and attract potential talent.
• Create and manage Employer Branding content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, recruitment channels, and internal communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding, or a related HR function.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting Mandarin-speaking candidates is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written; minimum HSK 4 or equivalent.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of recruitment channels and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experience in talent mapping, talent pool management, and recruitment market research.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Willing to take ownership and drive recruitment and Employer Branding initiatives from planning to execution.
