Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and developing talent across GXO Logistics. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar positions, primarily from Team Leader level through senior management roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and secure the best candidates. In addition, you will support talent management and employee development initiatives, including talent reviews, performance management processes, training coordination, and development planning. You will collaborate with local and international stakeholders, contributing to both recruitment and talent development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent & Development
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar positions, from Team Leader level through senior management roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with GXO standards, employer branding, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Ensure the onboarding of new colleagues.
• Support annual performance review and goal-setting processes.
• Facilitate talent review and succession planning activities in partnership with business leaders and HR.
• Support the identification of high-potential employees and contribute to talent development initiatives.
• Coordinate training activities and learning programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational priorities.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and support local learning and development initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement, career development, and talent retention programs.
• Actively contribute to local CSR/ESG initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or broader HR/Talent Management environments.
• Proven track record of recruiting for professional and managerial white-collar positions.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
• Experience supporting talent management, performance review, learning, or employee development initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized approach to work.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR/Talent Management platforms.
• Romanian – fluent/native level (mandatory).
• English – very good level, both written and spoken (mandatory)
