
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), who will provide support and assistance to the Talent Acquisition department for our North America Operations. We are piloting a new work model to support our international business, and you can be part of this great adventure! The TAC manages all administrative functions in support of the Talent Acquisition team that include but not limited to processing background checks and pre-employment drug screens, scheduling interviews, posting positions, and managing onboarding process for North America & Canada.
• Conducts background checks and pre-employment drug screens for all North America new hires; this includes deploying them through our vendors, validating security factors as well as conducting follow-up.
• Arrangement of MVR checks with corresponding candidates.
• Escalate correspondingly any pre-adverse situation as well as follow the clearance matrix for new hires.
• Coordinates scheduling of interviews (virtual and onsite) for Talent Advisors and hiring managers.
• Keep an up-to-date control of activities in iCIMS (ATS).
• Processes and tracks invoices from employment agencies or vendors for payment.
• Responsible for catering, supplies or event support.
• Arranges travel and lodging for applicants and Talent Acquisition team as necessary.
• Communicates updates to appropriate stakeholders regarding status of new hires through onboarding process as well as during clearance checks.
• Prepare offer letters for Talent Acquisition Advisors.
• Responsible for initiating electronic onboarding process for all new hires.
• Manages all policy requirements as it relates to recruiting process (applicant checklist, related parties, etc.)
• Partners with HRIS to ensure accurate and timely entry of new hire paperwork.
• Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Coordinator Lead to ensure efficiency metrics and reports are completed.
• Each TAC has a portfolio assigned as their main internal stakeholders, where they support TA Advisor with recruiting events, databases or data entry duties.
• Handling of confidential matters and information.
• Manage Talent Acquisition Support Inbox.
• Participate in ad-hoc process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Fluent English skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to fluently speak Spanish & Portuguese are a pluis.
• 1+ year of experience within an administrative/support function, preferably in HR department.
• Interest in developing administrative, procedural, and transactional tasks.
• Good communication skills
• Proficient Software knowledge (MS Office Suit is a must, ATS knowledge are a plus).• Advanced grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions, solve problems, and exercise discretion relating to the performance of day-to-day duties
